1. Delivery Area

We offer delivery services exclusively within Istanbul. Orders placed for delivery outside of Istanbul will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before [cutoff time, e.g., 18:00 PM] will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next business day.
  • Scheduled Delivery: You may select a preferred delivery date and time at checkout. We will do our best to honor your request; however, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to varying traffic conditions and other unforeseen factors.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: All orders within Istanbul are delivered free of charge. Delivery fee is requested for areas outside the city according to the distance in km.

  • Express Delivery: For faster delivery, an additional express fee of [amount, e.g., 30 Usd ] will apply.

4. Delivery Process

  • Recipient Absence: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave the order with a neighbor or in a safe location. If this is not possible, we will contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery time. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
  • Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you are not sure about the recipient address, you can write ( Call the recipient by phone before delivery ) in the Note to Courier section of the order form.

5. Special Delivery Instructions

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave with a neighbour, call on arrival), please include this information in the Note to Courier section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, however due to changing circumstances we cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed. Please note that Same Day morning orders will be delivered in the afternoon, Morning Delivery orders should be placed 1 Day in advance by 19:00

6. Peak Periods

During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and other holidays, delivery times may vary due to high demand. We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service team within [time frame, e.g., 24 hours] of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
